An annual January Bash tradition, the Couch-Sitters vs Floor-Dwellers Trivial Pursuit Battle Royal was first waged at JB98. Traditionally, Dylan Flipse leads the heroic Floor-Dwellers against the savage and unclean Couch-Sitters. These matchups always staged on the second day of a January Bash, sometime in the morning, when everyone is dead tired. This is important. Participation is by no means mandatory, but quite fun.

Latest results -
February 28, 2000 - Couch-Sitters stage a dastardly comeback from several pie wedges down by bribing the dice into not letting the Floor-Dwellers land on the center space.
January 1, 2000 - Update-Couch-Sitters win again, this time through strength in numbers and cheating.
January 1, 2001 - The Floor-Dwellers secure their first win, in perhaps the first fairly-played game of the series. The Couch-sitters were perhaps weakened by the lack of their traditional captain, Neil Bardhan.
