Rich and I have been to a concert in Cleveland before. This show is sure to run a lot more smoothly, because none of the following are involved - Italian Dressing Chugging Contests, Lars, Shady Characters Other Than Lars, and Waiting Outside in Sub-Zero temps for several hours (I think) for a damn #9 bus. Anyway, I've seen TMBG at The Odeon, and I'm pretty sure it's a good place for the Giants, down on the east side of the Flats.
Arrangements seem to be in place. I'll drive, the show is apparently at 8PM, need to find out if that's doors or when the Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players are supposed to come on stage. These people have an 8 year old girl drumming, by the way. It's crazy! Anyway, I've also got the tickets, some crazy new thing involving Ticketmaster and printing your own tickets. Ticketmaster is still *entirely* unreasonable about prices, our $18.50 tickets came out to over $25 per person after the charges. Anyway, we're good to go.
