Our wedding begins at 4:00 p.m. on March 29th so many of you could probably comfortably arrive that morning & only have to spend one night at the hotel. However, if you would like to arrive the night before, rooms are certainly available. We have at least one hundred rooms blocked off for our guests to reserve for the night of the 29th & twenty rooms blocked off for the night of the 28th. Should we need more rooms than this, we are confident that they will be available. However, two weeks before the wedding, any unsold rooms out of the reserved block will open up to the general public. If you book within two weeks of the wedding, you will still get the discounted rate but may not be on the same floor as the majority of the other guests & there is the tiny possibility that no rooms will be availabe anywhere in the hotel but it most likely should not come to that.
To book the room, call 724-899-1234 or 800-233-1234. The discounted rate should be around $100. The room can have a single king bed or two queens. Please indicate as such when you book. Also remember to mention that you're coming for the Gaur-Flipse Wedding to get the discounted rate.
Check-in time is usually 3:00 p.m. but the hotel understands that our guests need to check-in well before that. We have been assured that this will not be a problem unless for some extremely odd reason the hotel is entirely full the night before & rooms cannot be cleaned in time. Again, we do not foresee that happening.
